I've a Ricoh essay- spurt printer at home and I use it for all kinds of my paperwork related to work. It's a wireless printer connected to my Windows computer and was working impeccably OK until I streamlined my computer Windows OS to Windows 10.
Since the update, my Ricoh change a Printer from Offline to Online although my router is working impeccably with good pets. I've tried all kinds of troubleshooting but nothing helped. Does anybody know how to bring my printer's offline status online?

Solution 1 - Disable SNMP and request printer status information via WMI
Now move to the upper right corner, valve on Change to open the Biographies dialog. In the Biographies dialog, press a click on “ General Configuration ”.
Also you have to change “ Available styles for detecting printer status ” to “ Only WMI ”.
In last, close all dialogs and save the entire settings.
Solution 2 – Change the Printer Channel
Originally, open Ricoh print & Share.
To open the Biographies dialog, you have to click on the Change option that's located in the upper right corner.
In the Biographies dialog, you have to choose Profile and also click on Edit. From the Channel list, you have to choose Printer Channel.
also click on the Detector points button that's present below the Channels list. Move to Channel Conditions dialog and also choose the publish error situations dialog.
Now, you have to find the offline error and also change the error position to “ Warning ” or “ None ”.
At last, near all converses and save the settings that you have made.
